<text>Love Across Lives - My love,
When our lips touch,
I see pictures of the sun,
Shining on you,
In places I do not know,
Across many far away lives,
I may have lived someday,
In some other time, some other way,
With you.
Do you feel that way too?
As if we met sometime long gone?
And our love was never quite done?
My sweet, special soul,
No matter how many lives we come through,
I will walk and roam in each one until I find you,
That I promise, until the very end of all days,
Where I die as I gaze and explode into you,
And we become,
Two flickering stars,
Burning away for the very last time,
In the last light of the eternal night.

Sometimes we meet someone in our lives and it feels like we have known them forever. Like we were destined to meet. As if we knew along all of the twisting paths of time. This poem is wondering whether, if we do live many lives, we equally magnate towards the same souls living their many lives too. Isn’t that a fun thought? That we meet the same amazing souls, living within different bodies, over and over again. Falling in love and wonder over and over again together until the end of it all.</text>
